Laidlaw proposes 70 MW woodchip-based biomass plant in New Hampshire

In New Hampshire, Laidlaw Berlin BioPower announced that it has filed an application last week to build, own and operate a 70 MW woodchip-based biomass plant, to be located in Berlin. The state Site Evaluation Committee has eight months to evaluate the permit application, for a project that will located at the former Burgess pulp mill.
