A-Power signs $86 million deal with Biomass Electricity for 150 MW biomass power plant in Thailand
In Thailand, A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd. announced has signed a contract with Biomass Electricity to develop a 150 MW biomass plant in Prachinburi. Under the $86 million contract, A-Power will provide general contracting, installation and design services for the five proposed power stations.
China-based A-Power focuses on design of distributed power systems in the 25 MW to 400 MW range.
